Important Rental Information
- Pricing includes weekly rental with check-in after 4:00 pm on a Saturday, and check-out the following Saturday by 9:00 am.
- An “Extra Person Fee” of $35/night or $175/week is applicable to each person above the “Base” number listed above.
- A 5% discount to the cabin rental rate will be applied for customers that book their next reservation upon check-out.
- A 5% discount to the cabin rental rate will be applied to a party renting cabins 8, 9 & 10, all for use during the same week.
- A deposit of $400, made out to “Lindquist Property Management”, is required to secure a reservation for each cabin.
- During the summer season (mid-May thru mid-Aug), please mail deposit checks to: 8859 Boy Lake Drive NE, Boy River, MN 56672.
- During the off-season (the balance of the year), please mail deposit checks to: 543 53rd St., Apt 2, Des Moines, IA 50312.
- All cabins have appliances such as a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, and coffee maker.
- Linens, to include bed sheets, comforters, blankets, hand towels, and a kitchen sink washcloth are supplied.
- Paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper are also supplied.
- Please bring your personal bath towels.
